UK Landing Package

from £3,000

Fixed fee, scoped to your needs. Back-office set-up from £1,500 if you need only that.

Finance Back-Office

from £450 / month

Base fee plus a per-invoice charge. For example, 100–200 invoices a month typically falls between about £850 and £1,250.

Supplier Management

from £500 / month

By number of active suppliers. Project work is quoted separately.

Do you hold or move our money?

No. We prepare payment runs and you approve and release them. Your funds stay in your control.

Which systems do you work with?

Xero, Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Sage and others. We can also advise on invoice capture and workflow tools.

Which languages do you support?

English, Dutch and German, including supplier communication and head-office reporting.

Is there a long contract?

No. We begin with a fixed 3-month pilot so you can see the results before committing further.

How do you protect our data?

We are GDPR compliant and ICO registered, and we sign a data processing agreement before accessing any of your data.

Do you give tax or legal advice?

No. We work alongside your accountant and solicitor, and can refer you to UK advisers where needed.
